Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of Nimh tells of the difficult circumstances of a widowed field mouse, Mrs. Frisby, her family and her deathly ill son Timothy. The Rats of Nimh are a colony of rats with super human intelligence who live on the same farm as Mrs. Frisby, and who have troubles of their own. They are faced with a serious moral dilemma and have serious choices to make.
